What is Your Reason Why? In Fitness, In Health, In Success

Each day we get up and make an attempt to work on our goals. And yet, we just don’t have the motivation to do so. As I look around at the majority of people today, it seems that they don’t really care about how their level of fitness or even health. Maybe they falsely believe that modern medicine will keep them healthy. Or they will rely on surgery to whittle away their waistlines.

None of that is real healthcare. Real healthcare begins with the actions you take in your life. Yet, you don’t know your “reason why” to do so, right? I think that it is that way in most aspects of life. Maybe you’ve resigned your life to simply exist. I don’t know. It could be that you had dreams or maybe they were simply the dreams of others.

Here’s my take on fitness, health and success… Until and unless you discover your reason why you want them, you’ll never have the motivation to make them happen. It will always be your why that gets you out of bed in the morning to workout and eat right. It’s your why that keeps you on track towards your goals. It’s your why that takes you beyond simply existing and into making things happen.

Dig down deep and discover your “reason why.” When you do, keep it with you all the time. It could be a picture, words or anything else and creates motivation each and every day. Words with an image is more powerful than either separately. Do both. Tell others too. Most important is to keep telling yourself.

Now, get out and find that reason why!
